What would it feel like to set everything down for a few hours… and return to yourself?

Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon designed to support release, reconnection, and renewal in the peaceful, natural setting of Willow Roots Retreat & Healing Centre.

This immersive experience weaves together dynamic breathwork with Michelle Barberi of @RootsToRiseWithMichelleBarberi energy integration, and a live channelled transmission from the United Souls of Heaven and Earth offering both insight and a deeply felt sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

The afternoon will close with a gentle elemental release ceremony, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves and reconnect with what matters most.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, are seeking clarity, or simply need for a a reset, this experience offers a space to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

Five-time Juno Award winner and three-time Grammy nominee, soprano saxophonist and flutist Jane Bunnett has turned her bands and recordings into showcases for the finest musical talent from Canada, the US and Cuba. Bunnett is celebrated globally for her fearless artistry and soulful sound. Her Town Hall performance will bring an unforgettable night of Afro-Cuban jazz exploring the passionate melodies and irresistible rhythms of Cuban music with the support of Cuban pianist Dánae Olano and percussionist Reimundo Sosa.
